All children at Bellewood (except those in IMPACT Plus services) are in state custody or children whose parents are not the primary custodian. Bellewood does not accept private placements.

Residential Living
Clients must be between 12 and 18 years of age and committed to the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
Independent Living
Clients must be between 18 and 25 years of age and either homeless or in the State’s care system.
Transitional Living
Clients must be between 16 and 18 years of age and committed to the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
IMPACT Plus/Prevention Services
Clients must be under the age of 21 and meet criteria developed by the state of Kentucky.
