All serious golfers, business partners and weekend warriors are invited to play in the Third Annual Bellewood Golf Scramble Sponsored by Nash Property Claims.

Tournament Information

When
Monday, September 10, 2012

Time
7:30 a.m. – Registration begins and driving range opens
8:45 a.m. – Opening remarks by Shannon Davis of Bellewood and Ron Schneider of Persimmon Ridge
9:00 a.m. – Shotgun start (hot dogs and chips provided during normal lunch hours)
2:30 p.m. – Picnic, refreshments, raffle and awards

Where
Persimmon Ridge Golf Course, recent winner of the Golf Digest Outstanding Design award. Proper golf attire is required. No denim.

Fees
Early Registration (ends August 31) – $125 individual, $250 per 2-person team, $500 per 4-person team – which includes:  greens & cart fees, bucket of driving range balls, food and raffle

Late Registration (September 1 – day of event) – Add $25 per individual.

Contests & Awards
Prize Package for $25 includes a hole in one (hole 14), mulligan, longest drive (hole 7), floating target (before hole 16) and closest to the pin (hole 4).

Raffle prizes will be awarded during picnic.

Grand Prize Winning team receive a $300 gift certificate from Persimmon Ridge golf shop, a golf bag and the popular TaylorMade RocketBallz Hybrid club courtesy of Golf Headquarters,
The second place team gets a $200 gift certificate to Persimmon Ridge golf shop.

Longest Drive Winner receive a new Callaway RAZRx driver
Closest to the Pin Winner receive a new Cleveland Golf putter

The annual Bellewood Golf Scramble benefits Bellewood Home for Children’s independent living program which helps provide a safe home, employment and higher education to youth who have aged-out of the state’s foster care system or are homeless.
