Bellewood is devoted to maintaining the strictest confidentiality surrounding our clients.  With that, names, images and any other identifying factors are not used in any fashion without first obtaining official permission from the client’s legal guardian and/or case worker.

Information We Collect

The following types of information are the only items that can be collected or submitted through our website whether you are joining our mailing list, making an online donation or e-mailing one of our staff.

• Phone number
• E-mail address

For online donations, Bellewood does not directly collect credit/debit card information.  All payments go through the online donation system, Click & Pledge, and are closely guarded through their security features.  Full account information is not shared with Bellewood.

Bellewood maintains physical, electronic and managerial procedures to guard and secure the information we collect online and in person.  Our practices help prevent unauthorized access to information, maintain data accuracy and ensure the proper use of both.
