Statement of Confidentiality

Bellewood is committed to maintaining the strict confidentiality of our clients.  To that end, names, images, and other identifying factors will not be used in conjunction with our clients’ pictures, school work, or activities without first obtaining written permission from the client’s legal guardian first and also Bellewood clinical staff.  Release forms are kept at Bellewood’s administrative offices. 

Our website is geared towards a mature audience and not individuals under the age of 18.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on Bellewood’s website.  Information collected on our site is for our on-line job application, volunteer applications, requests to be added to our mailing list or for those individuals seeking to learn more or be involved with Bellewood.    The types of personal information collected are:

We use the information you provide about yourself when applying for a position (paid or volunteer) with Bellewood only to complete the application and hiring process.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to verify the information provided by the applicant and to perform state-mandated background checks for employment purposes.  We do not share nor sell our mailing list.

We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive.  Such addresses are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personal identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
