Bellewood boys at the Bowling Green school These services are offered in Anchorage and Bowling Green. Youth, ages 12-18, live on campus and are wards of the state who have been removed from their natural homes because of abuse, neglect or abandonment.

Many have gone through several unsuccessful foster homes and treatment placements. As a result they have significant emotional and behavioral difficulties.

Youth attend on-site schools and receive therapeutic treatment.

Older male youth, ages 16 to 18, graduate to an on-campus apartment living program where they are semi-independent. They share kitchen and living space, have joint responsibility for cooking, cleaning, household duties, and planning. Vocational and /or Educational training is offered.
